Dawn and I went to the Lyons parade practice. Maybe should be renamed one of the best bar tours in the city. Dawn and I want to thank the Lyons, and everyone involved it was a blast and I can’t wait to see everyone again.

“The New Orleans’ spirit is about celebrating life; whatever the situation may be. This spirit is the basis for Anba Dlo- we come together to celebrate New Orleans’ important and changing relationship with water while educating on the important issues. Anba Dlo (Pronounced “Ahnbah Dlo”) is Haitian Kreyol for “Beneath the Waters” and is meant to acknowledge and honor the importance of water in our life.”

The Pussyfooters Blush Ball was awesome they raised $20’000 for METRO, and rocked out late into the evening. I personally was not drinking at all.. So I remember everything. But if you happened to have like a half a beer you can look below for some reminders of the evening.
